Access for People with Disabilities
All the Museum’s galleries are accessible to people with disabilities.
- Both the Edificio Castello and the Manica Lunga have wheelchair access points located along the side of the buildings, with door phones to contact staff if needed.
- A wheelchair is available for visitors.
- Service animals are welcome at Castello di Rivoli.
Our Education Department organizes access programs for people with sensorial, cognitive, and mental disabilities, as well as offering training days related to accessibility.

Pets (excluding service animals) are forbidden in the Museum galleries but may be brought into the ticket office and cafeteria.
It is permitted to take photos of the permanent collection only.
The Education Department organizes activities for groups, schools, families and training courses for teachers and professionals.
