Tutttovero<\/em>\u00a0unites, under a general heading, the collections of four contemporary art museums around the city of Turin: the GAM Galleria Civica d\u2019Arte Moderna e Contemporanea of Turin, the Castello di Rivoli Museo d\u2019Arte Contemporanea, the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, and the Fondazione Merz. The theme of truth in art over the past two centuries unfolds across four different projects and displays, offering a reflection on the creation, evolution, and exhibition of the museum collections and on their identity within Turin\u2019s art heritage.<\/p>\n

For Tutttovero the Manica Lunga at the Castello di Rivoli will host an enthralling choreography of around fifty works, which at first unfold in a partially empty space and then gradually become denser. At the entrance to the venue, the Manica\u2019s classic architecture is enhanced by minimal installation, in which few works directly engage the visitor on issues concerning the display and interpretation of a collection. It aims to propose, like a small puzzle, hypothetical keys to interpreting the overall itinerary. \u2028Beginning with these, the Manica is deconstructed in a progressive framing of ever-new views of the works on display, in which intimate dialogue and grand narrations merge seamlessly. The apparently straightforward image the visitor faces immediately upon entering the room thus becomes a visual arquebus, making way for a promenade\u00a0of sculptures where the viewer\u2019s movements create the exhibition\u2019s spaces: thanks to their gaze, which gradually marks off ideal rooms along the Manica, visitors will constantly discover new stories on the surroundings, forging previous ones and creating their own truth first hand. This passage is accompanied by some invariable steps that set the pace, presented in turn by fundamental works in motion that \u201cactivate\u201d these triangulations. Key works ideally divide the space into 5 sections:\u00a0The Shooting Gallery<\/em>, La Fontaine<\/em>, The Concert<\/em>, Parlez Moi d’Amour<\/em>, and Cutting Through the Past.<\/em><\/p>\n

The exhibition TUTTTOVERO is part of Contemporary Art Torino Piemonte.<\/p>\n

TUTTTOVERO will open on Friday, 24 April at 5,30 pm, in each of the four Museums. This event is promoted by the City of Turin, in collaboration with the Fondazione Torino Musei, and with the participation of the Fondazione per l\u2019Arte Moderna e Contemporanea CRT and the Compagnia di San Paolo.<\/p>\n
